In Florence, the tasting option starts the day in a traditional restaurant with typical Tuscan products before you set off. The rest of the day is free to follow at your own pace. Look up at the Duomo, among the grandest buildings in the country, then stroll through Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria. Cross the Ponte Vecchio, a treasured symbol of the city. There is time to visit the Accademia Gallery, home of Michelangelo's David.
