Lucca: Private Dinner at Your Villa with Chef & Sommelier

Enjoy a fully private dining experience brought directly to your villa in Lucca. An AIS-certified Sommelier and an Executive Chef with over thirty years in fine dining. No restaurant, no shared room, no compromise. We arrive, set up and serve. You won't lift a finger. STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR PATH One path for the entire table. This shapes the menu for the whole evening. The Land - Fresh pasta, Tuscan meat ragù, locally raised meats, slow-cooked roasts. The Coast - Seafood pasta, local catch of the day, shellfish and crustaceans from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Garden - Seasonal vegetables, local cheeses from small producers, ancient grains and pasta from local flours. STEP 2 - CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE Wines sourced from small, independent producers across Lucca and its hills, selected by the Sommelier around your chosen path and the season. The menu is built after the wines are chosen, not before. The Essence - 3 courses, 3 wine pairings The Journey - 5 courses, 5 wine pairings Minimum 5 guests, maximum 15. Every evening includes ingredients, wine pairings, Sommelier, Chef, full service and setup. ADD-ONS Both add-ons are designed as shared experiences for the whole table. If selected, they apply to every guest in the group. They are independent and can be combined. The One of One Aperitivo Guests welcomed around 6:00 PM with Lucca sparkling wines chosen by the Sommelier and charcuterie boards with local products. The One of One Cooking Class Starts around 5:00 PM. One dish from the evening's menu prepared hands-on by the whole table with the chef, then served at dinner. HOW IT WORKS We arrive at the villa around 3/4:00 PM to set up. The Cooking Class begins at 4:30/5:00 PM for those who added it, followed by the Aperitivo at 6:00 PM. Dinner is served after 7:00 PM and lasts between 3 and 4 hours. We leave the villa exactly as we found it, kitchen included.
