Description
Letizia and Matteo, a local couple, open their home just outside Pisa for this Tuscan cooking experience. You arrive to an aperitivo in the garden, with a few nibbles and either Prosecco or another drink, and a first look at the fresh seasonal ingredients that will end up in your menu.
Then it is into the kitchen. Guided by your hosts, you work through each dish in turn, from classic pasta to family recipes, and hear the stories behind them. Sample along the way, jot down notes, or simply enjoy the process.
The evening closes at the table, where everyone eats what was cooked, with local wine. Letizia spent many years living in London, while Matteo is a native of Pisa who knows the city and the region well. You leave with a small gift from your hosts.

Parking is available for drivers, a bus stop sits right outside, and cycling from town is easy. Extra drinks and bottled beer are not included.
