Description
The vineyard picnic in Lucca, called I Love Picnic, is a slow way to enjoy Tuscan food and wine. You are welcomed in the vineyard of Fratelli Urbani, a small family business, and after a brief introduction to the estate you are shown its prettiest corners and the best places to spread out.
The choice is then yours: under an olive tree, among the vines or in a patch of shade. You get a picnic set with basket and water, plus a lunch box with charcuterie, cheese and other local treats. Every adult also gets a small bottle of the estate's own wine.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, and you should mention any allergies in advance. Plan on 90 minutes to two hours.
If you want more, the Extra version of the picnic adds a cellar tour, a vineyard tour and three glasses of wine per person. It suits those who would like to pair the picnic with a guided tasting and a fuller visit.
