Description
Tandem paragliding near Pisa puts you under a wing with a professional pilot, either someone from the World Cup circuit or a qualified instructor with years of experience. The flight area depends on the season and the wind: in winter the flights are held at Monterosso al Mare, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, and when the weather rules that out, the pilots move to Pisa or Camaiore.
In the air you spend roughly 12 to 20 minutes, depending on weather and location. The whole activity, from the transfer to the take-off point through preparation and the flight to handing back the gear, takes around an hour to an hour and a half.

Wear sneakers, long trousers and a windbreaker. Video footage and the taxi ride up to take-off are extra, and the amount depends on the flight area. Children from nine can fly. The flight is not suitable for people with heart problems or altitude sickness, or over 115 kg.
